• The Central European Rally Fan Trips 2024 will be organized by A&S Rally Tours.

• The number of participants is limited to a total of 64. There is no entitlement to participation.

• Final confirmation of participation in the Central European Rally Fan Trip is subject to a minimum number of 15 participants per Midi Van.

• Final confirmation of participation in the Central European Rally Self-Drive Tour is subject to a minimum number of 12 participants.

​

• If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the event will be canceled no later than four weeks before the start, and all payments made will be fully refunded.

​

• Travel to the event is self-arranged.

​

• The organizer is not liable in the event of the cancellation of the event, cancellation of stages, or in cases of force majeure.

​

• Motorsport is dangerous! Please adhere to our safety guidelines and follow the instructions of the marshals. Stay only in designated spectator zones and wear appropriate footwear and weather-appropriate clothing.

• Cancellation Fees:

• More than 40 days before the event: 40% of the total price

​

• 40 to 15 days before the event: 70% of the total price

​

• Less than 15 days before the event: 90% of the total price

​

• Less than 3 days before the event: 100% of the total price
